With a vast feature set on offer, there isn't a game that can’t be made using libGDX. It allows you to write your code once and deploy it to multiple platforms without.

Step Two: Preparing Your Mac OS X Install USB
Setting up the USB is very easy. Using a Mac, or a previous hackintosh, navigate to the Mac App Store and download Mac OS X El Capitan. Sign in with your Apple ID, and just download it. Once done, navigate to Disk Utility in Applications and then Utilities. Select your USB drive and format it using Mac OS X Extended Journaled. Make sure to name it USB in order for the command to work later on.
Now, you need to navigate to Terminal, this is under Applications, Utilities and then Terminal. Once done, run this command:
Note: I now just did update all commands for every version of macOS!

You will be prompted to type in your password. This will erase your USB Drive, rename it, then copy the files from the Install OS X El Capitan.app file to the USB Drive.
Once done it will look like this: (Sorry for the Huge Image!)
Now, to install the boot loader, you can download the Clover boot loader from SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/). Sadly, you need a working Mac for these steps.
Once, you have your bootable media, you are ready to install OS X! Insert the USB Drive into only a USB 2.0 slot on you computer. Try to keep your configuration to a minimum, only one monitor and one keyboard and mouse.
Ok, I will stop rambling and let you install Mac OS X El Capitan. Turn on your computer with the usb inserted and open you computers boot menu. The key would most likely be F12, F11, and F10, also it could be the Escape key or the Delete key. Select your usb drive. Once you are at the Clover Boot Screen, select Boot From Mac OS X Install. Enter in you boot flags (-v -x -f, flags like that, for me it was UseKernelCache=No, GraphicsEnabler=Yes -v -x) Once done, you should see a screen that looks like this:
I am going to write this in bold due to it being important!
You need to format you SSD or Hard Drive. Follow these steps:
2. Once you have the list open, go to Disk Utility.
3. Find the Drive that you want to erase. Do not format you instillation media.

4. Once, you have selected the target drive, format the drive as Mac OS X Extended (Journaled).
5. Now, you have your fully formatted Hard Drive or SSD.
Now let's install Mac OS X! Again in bold.
1. If you have see the OS X installer before, it is more basic than the one we used.
4. Select the drive that you formatted then you will be install OS X.
5. You should see a completed screen at the end of the install, just reboot the computer.
7. Use the same flags as you used when booting into the OS X Installer.

Now, I know, I said we will stay away from Tonymacx86, but we are going to use Multibeast to get some basic drivers. Go here to get Multibeast. All you need to do is get your internet and audio drivers through this.
Ok, you are almost done, once you have internet, you need to get your graphics drivers. If you have Nvidia, go here. (Note: This is only for El Capitan 10.11.5!)
If you have a AMD Card, please use TonyMacX86's Compatability List found here.
If you have NVidia, use this flag to boot up: nvda_drv=1. If you have multiple monitors, plug them in, also you can not use the usb to boot with multiple monitors.
