I had a power outage in the house which brought down my QNAP 453A. It came back up but had the message to check file system, which I started. It reaches 47.5 % and just hangs there. I tried stopping this check, but while it pops up a message that stopping was successful it still says the Status is 'Checking ...(47.5%)'. I tried rebooting and starting the file system check but it continues to get stuck at the same 47.5%.Mac

I wonder do I have words to describe how cumbersome and anti-human this turned out to be. Now I have to answer this additional question to continue scanning, then wait while the twain UI is loaded, and so on and on, with all those windows opening and closing. In previous versions of XnView all one just had to do to scan 10 pages was hitting 10 times a Scan button in the twain32 UI provided by the scanner driver software.

Which of the recent XnView versions introduced this change of behaviour? Could it be customized by a user or will it be fixed in the next build? And thank you for developing one of the fastest picture viewer
